General Cancellation Terms :
1. All cancellations must be made in writing via email.
The cancellation date will be the date on which we receive your written notification.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of cancellation confirmation.
2. Cancellation Charges - Cancellation fees vary based on the type of service booked and how far in advance the cancellation is made:
A. Cancellation Fee
30+ days 10% of total cost
15–29 days 25% of total cost
7–14 days 50% of total cost
Less than 7 days 100% (No refund)
B. Flights, Hotels, and Transfers
Flights: Cancellation policies are subject to airline rules. Non-refundable tickets are not eligible for a refund.
Hotels: Hotel cancellation fees depend on the hotel’s policy. Some bookings may be non-refundable.
Airport Transfers: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup time. No refund within 48 hours.
3. No-Shows & Early Departures
No-shows or failure to check in on the scheduled date will be treated as a last-minute cancellation and are non-refundable.
Early departures or unused services are also non-refundable.
4. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.), we will do our best to assist you with rescheduling or obtaining credits/refunds, subject to the policies of our suppliers.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during booking.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and the type of service canceled.
Booking fees, processing charges, or bank charges may be deducted from the total refund amount.
6. Modification of Bookings
Changes to bookings (date change, name change, etc.) may be allowed based on availability and service provider terms.
Modification fees may apply.
